Tuesday's Terrace: Pink on Red

While walking through the West Village, New York, I was drawn to this lone pot of pink-flowering Rhododendron on the steps of the brick building. Had the door not been a bright red, the pink flowers likely would have disappeared in the background of the muted walls. Instead, the bright red door was a bright and cheerful foil for the rather demure Rhododendron. ~ Eric
