A tardy landing for Sunday Clippings means time whittled away in the garden rather than on the front porch sipping lemonade or cocktail! The weeds are growing rapidly as well as the desired subjects in the gardens, and the more we weed, the more they tend to appear everywhere! It's a good feeling to see the tangible results since gardening rarely produces immediate effects! This week's Sunday Clippings is short and sweet, with more concentrated on the artistic world than the horticultural world. We have a piece on the artists' ability to make an income from their living, an ever perennial problem, and smart approaches towards antiquing. The show winners of the 2014 Chelsea Flower Show have been announced! Lastly a clever device reads soil pH and moisture levels to ensure optimum plant growth.  Have a good week!
